This plan is a special plan for use in competitions.
CycleTrip basically prohibits the use of our products for competitions, tournaments, and events, regardless of their size.
This is because when using a vehicle for a competition, it is impossible to predict the damage to the vehicle and it is not possible to guarantee the safety of future rentals.

However, we have received many requests from our customers, and in order to respond to these requests, we have created this new plan.
This plan can be used for various competitions, triathlons, etc.
【Note】
・When transporting rental bikes in the bag only the front wheel is allowed to be disassembled. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not remove the rear wheel. Please note that we do not allow bicycles to be transported on airplanes.
・A deposit of 50,000 yen will be required in addition to the rental fee.
・Various insurance and compensation services provided by CycleTrip are not applicable.
・In the event of damage to the vehicle due to an accident or fall, injury to others, damage to other people's property, etc., the customer will be responsible for all damages.
