About Train Transit & Competition Plan

This is a dedicated plan for using our rental bikes for public transportation ("Rinko") or competitive racing.

As a general rule, CycleTrip prohibits the use of rental bikes for public transit transportation as well as participation in any races, competitions, or events, regardless of their scale. This is because these activities carry unpredictable risks of bike damage, making it difficult to guarantee safety for subsequent rentals. Please review the prohibited matters outlined in Article 4 of our Terms of Service.

However, in response to high demand from our customers, we have created this new plan. It allows you to safely use our bikes for "Rinko" transportation, various competitions, and triathlons.

【Note】

・This plan is for riders who are used to riding road bikes.

・When transporting rental bikes in the bag only the front wheel is allowed to be disassembled. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not remove the rear wheel. Please note that we do not allow bicycles to be transported on airplanes.

・A deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.

・When transporting the bike in a bike bag (Rinko):
You are not eligible to enroll in the optional bike compensation plan provided by CycleTrip. In the event of any damage—including contact during transit, damage during disassembly or reassembly, or damage from accidents or falls—you will be fully responsible.

・When using the bike for competitions or races:
All insurance policies and compensation services provided by CycleTrip will not apply. If the bike is damaged due to an accident or fall, or if you cause injury to others or damage someone else's property, you will be solely and fully responsible.

BMC engineers developed the second-grade Teammachine SLR following the same principles of ultimate performance as the Teammachine SLR01, which delivers outstanding aerodynamics with ACE+.
